Just as our geothermal heat exchangers and plant rooms are first computer modelled prior to installation, so are our hydronic underfloor heating and cooling systems.
Zones are carefully selected taking into consideration predicted client behaviour, floor types and finishes, and the diverse and dynamic heating and cooling loads of the building. Pipe spacing, lengths, and layouts are designated, and then installed with laser-straight accuracy.
As a result of CWL Group’s design and installation methods, our hydronic underfloor systems are typically able to operate at considerably lower temperatures than those installed by our competitors, dramatically increasing efficiency and client comfort by minimising hot and cold spots.

CWL Group brings decades of experience in best-practice from the UK and the north-eastern US to Australia. It typically starts with a computer modelled design tailored to the building’s thermal demands, construction properties, floor finishes, and architectural layout.
