CWL group were engaged to value engineer an efficient and cost-effective solution for this architecturally designed holiday home in the tranquil settings of Bundeena. Efficient and comfortable heating is distributed through hydronic low-temperature wall panel radiators with cooling delivered by a hydronic chilled water fan coil unit, zoned and ducted throughout via CWL in house manufactured ALP ducting system. 60deg C domestic hot water is achieved using the heat pump providing the home with mains pressure hot water. The SG ready heat pump coupled with a solar PV array results net zero power bill. The homeowner still remains in credit from the power utility 2 years on.
